Turtle Power!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was one of my most favorite cartoons. My brother and I would sit and watch and, seriously, talking mutant turtles with a rat sensei... c'mon, what's not to love. As with everything, the TMNT have been reborn and captivating a whole new audience.

Naturally, when attending a 4-year-old family member's birthday and seeing the theme, I needed to play! What fun I had!

To grab some of my handmade TMNT party supplies, you can mosey on over here.

Sweet Baby Boy Clothespins

Ok, so I'm not a stamper. Unless you count dabbing a single alpha on some ink and creating a word, which is what I've done with this set of clothespins. Little sentiments cute to hang items from in the baby's nursery or add to a scrapbook. Also a cute touch for baby showers.

I did use inexpensive alpha stamps purchased at Michael's with Stampin' Up ink. I do recommend a better quality ink and I actually went over each letter twice because the ink soaks into the wood.

The chipboard embellishments are from Pebbles' New Addition collection and can be purchased here.

Happy Crafting!

My First Bear

I have seen cardstock and tear bears for a while now but wasn't so sure I'd enjoy making them. I made my first one the other night and----here he is----on this layout! Not perfection but I'm pretty proud! We'll have to see how much fun they are to keep making, lol!
